With over 20 years of experience, we can accommodate everything from a Romantic Dinner for two on a private luxury yacht, an all day corporate meetings and seminars, Catalina Excursions, wedding and anniversary celebrations, fundraisers, organized luncheon, Bar Mitzvah & Bat Mitzvah, theme events, location shootings or Holiday Celebration for a thousand in addition to our specialized wedding and event coordination.
Teak Catering Company takes pride in having a culinary team led by Executive Chef Pierre Francis Barit, a James Beard Award winner whose menu contained in this package includes traditional as well as popular items from our past events. While each event is unified around a broad vision, our seasoned event coordinator will assist you in defining and executing your vision that is our inspiration to create a day truly unique and memorable for you and your guests.
At Teak Catering, we take pride in our product and service and we never double book your date. Your event deserves all of our undivided attention, from the very first day until the end of the evening. Our coordinator will be available to you at all times. Our entire staff is at your service!!!

Our Luncheon Salads are accompanied by freshly baked breads, creamery butter, iced tea, gourmet coffee and hot tea.
Prepared with boneless breast of chicken, shredded and tossed with crisp vegetables, Asian greens, colorful julienne of carrots, red cabbage, mushrooms, scallions, snow peas and sprouts with a plum soy–ginger vinaigrette
Blackened and rare seared Ahi tuna, sliced, fanned and served with Tuscany Caesar Salad and thyme scented crouton, finished with grated aged Parmesan cheese.
Prepared traditionally with crisp butter lettuce, hericot vert, tomatoes, Niçoise olives, wedges of hard boiled egg, grilled white albacore tuna and drizzled with zesty lemon vinaigrette.
Featuring Chef Pierre’s orange vanilla vinaigrette, baby yellow and red pear tomatoes, fresh mushrooms and Coachella valley sweet white corn, crumbled bacon and shaved parmesan and finished with succulent herb grilled jumbo tiger prawns
Medley of chopped crisp iceberg lettuce, Roma tomatoes, avocado, scallion, watercress, diced turkey or chicken breast, hard boiled egg, crisp bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese tossed in a white wine vinaigrette and topped with crumbled blue cheese. Other selection of dressings available upon request.
All of our sandwiches are accompanied by your selection of 3 sides, all condiments including mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle spears, Swiss, Provolone, American cheeses and pepperoncini.

An array of jumbo cocktail prawns, oysters on the half shells and split Alaskan King crab legs with tangy cocktail sauce, champagne mignonette and lemon snails.
Cascading fresh grapes and seasonal fresh fruits and berries with imported and domestic cheeses, French brie, Provolone and champagne pate accompanied by crusty baguettes and crackers
Fresh tropical fruits and crisp vegetable crudités are served with curry/chutney and traditional ranch dipping sauces underneath a tropical pineapple palm tree
Centered around a “Date Palm Tree,” our Oasis is filled with vegetable crudités, homemade hummus, yogurt with mint and grilled eggplant puree accompanied by assorted pita and flat breads, rosemary / olive breads and rustic Mediterranean loaf.
Medley of anti-pasta including marinated olives, Genoa salami, hearts of palms and artichoke, pepperocini, Provolone cheese, mortadella and crusty rosemary-olive breads

Chicken, Beef and pork skewers in a coconut and curry marinade, mesquite grilled to order and served with Thai Peanut sauce. Along side are an array of yakitori skewers with ginger / soy glaze and toasted sesame seeds. Also available are tofu and vegetable skewers.
A beautiful selection of breakfast meats, seafood and vegetables to wake up your culinary senses. Also available upon request are Egg Beater and Egg White Omelette for our special guests.
Penne, Bow tie and Angel hair tossed with your choice of Alfredo, Marinara or Basil pesto with an array of condiments such as grilled shredded breast of chicken, Canadian rock shrimp and Bay scallops, Roma tomatoes, sliced fresh mushrooms, and julienne of vegetables.
For an evening, you and your guests are aboard the “Orient Express” with our personalized chef preparing Pad Thai, Filipino Pancit, Hong Kong Chow Mien and Kyoto Yaki Soba with your choice of meats, crisp vegetables, exotic ingredients, seasonings and condiments.
Our traditional Sushi Chefs hand select all of your fresh fish and other sushi favorites in the morning of your soiree and prepare them especially for your guests the very same day complete with wasabi, soy sauce, ginger and sake. Of course, edamame and miso soup are a must! (Minimum guests required)
Baby back ribs, beef ribs, succulent chicken or fresh fish of the day slowly grilled and smothered with Southern Comfort barbeque sauce and accompanied by Mac n’ Cheese, dirty rice, corn on the cob, collard greens, potato salad and coleslaw
